1965 Honda S600 Sold at $104,000
This 1965 Honda S600 Roadster, originally purchased by Ron and Mary Krause, notable Honda motorcycle dealers turned automobile pioneers, underwent a transformative refurbishment after changing hands several times. Restored to its former glory with Ivory white bodywork and frame powder-coating, the car garnered attention, gracing the pages of Motor Trend Classic magazine in August 2007. It made appearances at prestigious events like the Honda S2000 Homecoming and The Petersen Museum’s “Microcars: The Minimum in Motoring” exhibition. Achieving the pinnacle of recognition, it was awarded Best in Show at the 2014 Japanese Classic Car Show in Long Beach and featured at the 2019 Japanese Automotive Invitational in Pebble Beach.
